Elaine has kindly agreed to organise the team entries, but the onus is on you the member to inform Elaine in good time before any entry closing dates, so that teams may be formed and entered. Please provide as much information as you can regarding the shows you would enter (include distance you would travel and time of year you would go to shows), additional information to be written on the back.

IMPORTANT – Be fair to Elaine and other team members and be there to run on the day; if you are unable to run; then please inform those concerned as soon as possible.
